The system allows to monitor up to 16 tools simultaneously, detect broken or missing tools and monitor their wear through intuitive visualization of the cutting surface.
A broken or missing tool will damage the workpiece before anyone notices. TWM guards up to 16 tools simultaneously, recognizes a broken or missing tool and, despite calculating the cutting area, monitors wear. The limit load curves are set in visualization.
