These principles describe how TAJMAC-ZPS, a.s. processes personal data in connection with the ReCON platform and enquiries you send us.

What data we process

• Data from your enquiry.If you contact us by email or phone, we process the name, contact details, company name and content of the message.
• Technical operating data.The hosting server records the IP address, the time of the request, the type of browser and the address visited. It is used to secure and operate the website.
• Traffic statistics.Only with your consent do we run Leady to measure traffic and identify B2B companies based on IP addresses and pages visited. This is not purely anonymous statistics. Leady does not run without consent.

The website has no registration or form and does not process special categories of personal data. With consent, Leady may assess companies’ interest in ReCON; we do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

Why we process data

• Traffic measurement— solely on the basis of your consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR, which you can revoke at any time.

How long we keep data

• Enquiry communication: for the duration of negotiations and then 3 years if no contract is concluded.
• Hosting logs and telemetry: the exact retention period has not yet been verified with the provider.
• Leady: the exact retention period must be verified against the service settings and provider agreement.
• Record of your choice: at most 365 days, after which we ask again.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data. The website is hosted on Lovable. Only with your consent does Leady s.r.o. act as a processor for traffic measurement and B2B company identification. Microsoft Azure relates to the ReCON software platform, not visitor measurement on this website. Hosting terms, retention and any transfers outside the EU must be assessed under the agreements with the respective providers.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Hosting telemetry

Lovable hosting may inject its own scripts (~flock.js) and requests to /~api/analytics or /__l5e/trackevents. This telemetry is not controlled by the Leady choice here. Its exact scope, retention and disablement options have not yet been verified; visitor analytics cannot automatically be considered necessary for website operation.
