Privacy policy

These principles describe how TAJMAC-ZPS, a.s. processes personal data in connection with the ReCON platform and enquiries you send us.

Who is the data controller

What data we process

• Data from your enquiry.If you contact us by email or phone, we process the name, contact details, company name and content of the message.
• Technical operating data.The hosting server records the IP address, the time of the request, the type of browser and the address visited. It is used to secure and operate the website.
• Traffic statistics.Only with your consent do we measure anonymised website traffic. Without consent, the measurement will not start at all.

The website has no registration or form and does not process special categories of personal data. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

Why we process data

• Website operation and security— legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR.
• Traffic measurement— solely on the basis of your consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR, which you can revoke at any time.

How long we keep data

• Enquiry communication: for the duration of negotiations and then 3 years if no contract is concluded.
• Hosting operation logs: usually 6 months.
• Traffic statistics: 14 months at most.
• Record of your cookie choice: 12 months, then we ask again.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data or provide it to third-party marketing networks. Our processors include the hosting and domain provider, Microsoft Azure as the cloud infrastructure operator for ReCON, and—only with consent—Google Ireland Limited for traffic measurement. European Commission standard contractual clauses apply to transfers outside the EU.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
