Universal connectivity for CNC and conventional machines
ReCON CONNECT makes machine data accessible and standardizes its transfer. In the basic ReCON MES package, standard machine connection via CONNECT is already included; CONNECT can also be deployed standalone for data collection and transfer.
Most manufacturing facilities run machines from various manufacturers and with control systems of different vintages. Data exists, but each machine provides it differently or not at all. CONNECT is the layer that makes it accessible and unifies it into a single standard, allowing higher-level systems to read from all machines in the same way – from a modern machining center to a conventional machine retrofitted with a PLC.

How deployment works
- Connection via the CNC system Ethernet port; on conventional machines by installing a PLC
- OPC UA server on hardware from TAJMAC-ZPS, or virtualized on the customer's server
- The customer determines which information from the machine can be read and written
- Three cost-effective packages based on the number of collected data points
- Third-party applications with an OPC UA client can read the data directly
- Extension with Power BI connectivity for custom report generation
