A sensor signal alone is not enough. It gains real value when it connects operators, shift planning, maintenance and strategic management decisions. We turn a wealth of data into useful information.

A unified real-time data flow through an IoT gateway to the ReCON MES cloud platform on Microsoft Azure. Advanced production planning (APS), job queues and full integration with ERP and attendance systems.
Real-time management and operational reports, tailored Power BI reporting and in-depth analysis of machine utilisation, downtime and shift productivity.
We turn reliable data into a simple overview for day-to-day management and strategic decisions.
Machine states and utilisation without walking the shop.
OEE, KPIs, trends and Power BI integration.
Work queue, due dates and the real progress of operations.
Fault reporting and service record keeping.
Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, Mitsubishi and conventional machines.
A single monthly fee covers the standard machine connection via ReCON CONNECT and all core-package modules: MES, APS, CMMS and REP. CONNECT is not charged separately in this package.
Choose a solution tailored to your production. Start with the basic monitoring and planning package, then add advanced quality, energy and prediction tools as needed.
Choose from our preset reports in the RECON REP section or have a custom-made special report. Power BI is a FREE part of the RECON REP module.
The production data is only meaningful when they are seen by a lead in a shape they understand. REP offers a set of preset reports available immediately and at the same time space for custom dashboards - Power BI is part of the module and you will receive login data for creating your own reports.
Part of the basic package RECON MES. Power BI is part of the module.
Connect the machines, select a data collection environment and see how the information arrives in your MES.
Where should the data from the machines go?
Answer the questions above and the connection will appear automatically.
The method of connection depends on the type and equipment of the machine.
For an older machine, we supply an industrial PC directly to its electrical cabinet.
Data collection runs on the supplied industrial PC.
No machine connected yet. Connect the first machine and it will appear here.
It reads the available data from the servers and transmits them for further processing – to MS SQL in Azure or to a local database.
ReCON was not created at an IT consultancy desk, but directly on the production floors of TAJMAC-ZPS, the Zlín manufacturer of high-end machining centres. We understand the daily challenges faced by setters, technologists and production managers.
The tool assembly travels from the presetting station to the machine spindle without manually re-entering offsets. Unique tool identification, precise measurement and automatic data transfer to the CNC machine eliminate up to 99% of human setup errors.
We helped implement the Production Cell 4.0 at the INTEMAC laboratories in Kuřim. Together with our partners, we tested adaptive manufacturing, unified communication, predictive maintenance, post-process inspection and augmented reality. This experience directly shaped other ReCON products.

ReCON was created in an environment where machining, planning, setting up and solving real production problems happen every day. At TAJMAC-ZPS we needed to understand our own production better — to know how the machines work, where downtime arises and what data we can base further decisions on.
Our in-house solution gradually grew into a modular platform through which we now pass the experience of our Zlín plant on to other companies.
Matteo Bottura's service experience revealed the untapped potential of data for monitoring and diagnostics. The first internal web application, TM-DB, began to be tested directly in production.
Daily operation and feedback from operators, foremen, planners and maintenance shaped the terminals, the links to business systems and the clear overviews.
During plant visits customers saw the system in practice and wanted the same overview at home. An internal tool thus became a platform for other manufacturing companies.
“Digitalization is not a goal; it is a way to stay competitive in the future.”Ing. Martin Machálka · Technology Director, TAJMAC-ZPS
