ReCON APS – shop floor production scheduling and work queue

Enables production traceability tracking and manufacturing data visualization directly in the calendar, providing an accurate overview of individual operations for machines and operators.

Schedules from higher-level systems typically end at the order level, but the shop floor needs to know what is running on a specific machine and in what sequence. APS displays a work queue for each workstation along with a scheduling calendar for shifts, outages, and maintenance. If a production resource becomes unavailable, operations can be rescheduled on the fly.
