Production planning with work queue and planning calendar
It allows monitoring of production traceability and visualization of production data directly in the calendar, which provides an accurate overview of the operation of individual operations for both machines and operators.
The plan from the superior system ends at the level of orders, but the workshop needs to know what is done on a particular machine and in what order. APS displays a front of work for each workplace and a planning calendar with shifts, shutdowns and maintenance. When the production source falls out, the operation can be replanned operatively.
